Hidden in the middle part of quiet
traditional village of Seseh, this impressive property is

country road running through emerald green rice, The Mahatma

km north of the international airport, a 20 to 25 minute
ride from the nightlife of Seminyak and Kuta, 15 minutes
from the temple of Tanah Lot, Bali most visited attraction
and the world famous Nirvana Golf Course.
Mahatma is the Sanskrit word for great spirit. The villa is
dreamed to provide a great spirit to its guests. It is at a
walking distance to Seseh fisherman's beach; harmony of the
waves can be enjoyed from all part of the property.
Villa Mahatma Accommodation
Set in a large square land, with one rectangular swimming
pool, a large infinity swimming pool, a great water fall as
at Combo Shambala, Villa Mahatma offers a luxurious
accommodation within traditional feeling. With its
waterfall, numerous fish ponds and manicured garden, you
sense the minimalist pride with which this villa has been
built.
Entering through its carefully handcrafted wooden gates, a
sense of serenity will envelope you. From left to right, all
is facing the large lawn. The property is divided into two
parts: southern and northern wing; are separated by the
large lawn. The southern wing is two storeys houses 3
luxurious bedrooms (1 downstairs, 2 upstairs), living area
(west), dining area and kitchen (east). Both bedrooms
upstairs has a balcony with great view to the ocean and
surrounding garden. There are 2 self-standing bungalows on
the northern wing with private luxurious bedroom, en-suite
and an open veranda facing the garden. Both bungalows are
separated by huge water fall as you may see at the Combo
Shambala, Ubud.
Each bedroom is fully equipped with facilities and amenities
in luxurious setting. Dark earth color dominates the
property and its all bedrooms. Position of beds and baths is
carefully calculated to get the best angle to view the ocean
and the garden of the property.
At night, when life is turning down, you can only listen to
the harmony of the waves of the ocean.
Villa Mahatma Living and Dining Area
As mentioned above the living area is located on the west
part of the southern wing. There are some sets of sofa. A
unique wardrobe with Javanese Loro Blonyo statues hides the
TV with sliding door. The dining area is located on the east
part of this wing, opposite the living area. From the dining
area we can view all parts of the property.
And its behind, a modern fully equipped kitchen is placed
and operated by good chef. A state of the art kitchen with
all modern conveniences along with its own herb garden
caters gourmet healthy cuisine of micro-biotic and Japanese
fare.
Villa Mahatma Ground
The garden is dominated by green lawn and a long lap
swimming pool 18 X 5 m is located on its middle. The pool is
with black tile following the dark color of the property.
The pool mattress is special as it is with special
thickness-can only be found at this villa. A pool and garden
bale is located on the east part of the garden with special
size of mattress.
Important Note
Many beaches in Bali are hazardous as currents can be
strong. In front of the house there is a relatively quiet
passage used by fishermen. Swimming is not recommended.
