This beautiful villa is set in a quiet compound
about 100 meters away from the main road in the
center of Basangkasa, the area between Seminyak and
the Oberoi. "Villa Asri I" and the adjacent "Villa
Asri II" can be easily combined to accommodate up to
18 adults.
"Villa Asri I" is hidden away in a side lane in the
heart of Seminyak's residential area and has a large
private swimming pool in its walled garden full of
tropical plants. It's a perfect retreat for those
who appreciate informality and privacy but want to
be close to Bali's best restaurants and shops.The Villa
There are four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an open TV
lounge, and a spacious dining and living area perfect for
entertaining guests. Its Australian owners completed the
villa in 2002; this beautiful villa has an elegant
simplistic design with a roof covered with wooden shingles.
The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker and
electric appliances such as a microwave oven, steamer,
toaster, etc.
Large glass doors in the living/dining room open up to the
garden and swimming pool, and ceiling fans provide steady
ventilation. Furnishings include a dining table for 8 guests
and comfortable sofas. Next to the swimming pool are two
Balinese Bales (gazebo) complete with large cushions.
The Bedrooms
All four bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the pool bedrooms
have large windows looking out to the garden and swimming
pool.
All have king-size beds. The en-suite bathrooms of the two
bedrooms facing the swimming pool have bathtubs and sinks;
the other two bedrooms have only showers and sinks.
Villa Amenities
The TV set in the TV lounge next to the dining area is
connected to a DVD player and a satellite antenna to receive
many international news programs as well as sports and movie
channels, and there is a stereo system with tape deck and CD
player in the dining/living room. There is a direct IDD
telephone and a fax machine. An electronic safe is installed
in the kitchen.
The Services
The house staff speaks good English and includes a trained
cook to prepare a range of delicious Indonesian and Western
meals, maids, a gardener/night watchman, and a villa
manager.

house to allow guests complete privacy when desired. There
is on-site parking for several cars.
